Game Slots

Unless otherwise specified, game slots are every four hours with a one-hour break: 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm, and 7pm-11pm. You can submit a game for another time outside of these slots (i.e. different start time, longer/shorter duration), and we will try to accommodate it as best we can, especially for board games, panels, etc. Keep in mind that attendees come to conventions to play lots of games, so be wary of submitting an event with a long duration, as it might not get many participants. Time details are available on our Schedule page.

Small Game Publishers

If you are a game developer seeking exposure for your project, consider getting a dedicated Note that Demo Tables aren’t vendor booths… if you have a volume of product sell to run your games and sell on site. Demo tables are located at the north end of the Great Hall and provide fantastic exposure for you and your game. You can decorate your table and backdrop area however you like, schedule demos and/or grab passers-by, and offer your game(s) for sale. In addition to submitting your event(s), submit an exhibitor application and we’ll get you approved. Note that Demo Tables aren’t vendor booths… if you have a volume of product sell or items beyond the scope of the games you are presenting during the event, consider getting a vendor or artisan space.
